Improvements:
Added a new report for COETL and all other frameworks that are used in Spotlight
COETL are changed from dual gradings to referenced statements for the report.
All children can be selected in the Event Checker if you do not have Key Children.
Bug fixes:
A number of bug fixes such as Childs Voice not showing in the Learning Journal and images not displaying correctly in the Learning Journal.
