If the card image or commentary is not displayed after purchasing the card deck, it is almost always the case that the data has not been completely downloaded. In particular, if
you download while moving, such as by train or car, the receiving line may switch on the way, and at that time, it may be judged that the download has been completed.
If this happens, first try re-downloading the card deck data in a location with good signal conditions. You can re-download from (Re-download) at the top of [Deck
Introduction].

After updating the app, if your purchased card deck is locked on the My Page screen, try the steps below.

2. Tap "Confirm purchase status" installed at the bottom, and when the alert "Confirm purchase status. Are you sure?" Is displayed, tap (OK) to restore the purchase status
