Description
time control from mobile:
- ClockIntimeApp is an APP for an electronic record of entry and exit of workers.
- Today many companies have their workers on the street, in workplaces of their customers or working from home, making it difficult to make a schedule control.
- ClockIntimeApp lets you control your presence and schedule employees as well as the location by GPS.
- It is based on a simple user interface that allows to register the entry and exit where there are also a warning system so you never forget to sign through the APP.
Companies are required to make a daily record of hours to make each worker:
- Article 35.5 of the Statute of Workers requires companies to bring closure to the time control whatever the workday developed by the employee (part-time, full-time, shifts,
etc ...)
- Instruction 3/2016 Instruction ITSS on intensifying control on working time and overtime, establishes the basis of the audit conducted on control of working time to all
staff.
- According to the national audience, this time control should be performed even in those companies in which no overtime is performed.
- The judgment of December 4, 2015, states: "The record day, not overtime, is the constitutive requirement to control the excesses of day".
