Description
SPORTY CONTENT AREAS
The film sequences initially cover "moving in the water", "dancing, creating, performing", "moving on devices", "running, jumping, throwing" and in the content area "playing"
basketball. The app will be successively expanded and is intended to visualize relevant movements of the practical Abitur in the future. The "Play" content areas (soccer,
handball, volleyball) will follow.
The app offers underwater and above water recordings for the content area "moving in the water" (swimming). It provides detailed insights into the four layers of breast, back,
dolphin and crawl. There are also films on starts including the underwater phase, on the transition to the swimming position and on turning techniques in every type of
swimming.
For the “dancing, designing, acting” area, all the mandatory sequences for the practical Abitur are included in the rope, hoop, ball, band, jumping medicine ball and dumbbells
devices.
In the content area "Moving on apparatus" (artistic gymnastics), film sequences are provided for each gymnastics element of the sports school diploma for vault, floor, high bar,
parallel bars, uneven bars and balance beam.
For the content area "running, jumping, throwing" all "technical" disciplines are covered that can be the subject of the Abitur.
The film recordings of the sports games basketball, football, handball and volleyball show the most important movements that are assigned to the "Playing" content area in the BW
education plan.
DIDACTIC-METHODICAL PREPARATION
A slider allows you to view the movement in slow motion. In addition, the videos can be played back in endless loops and stopped at any point, e.g. at key points. In this way,
learners can learn how to perform movements and explain functional relationships.
The app offers teachers in physical education classes the opportunity to illustrate the ideal movement execution and to use it for individual feedback loops in the learning
process.
Pupils can use the app to prepare for their Abitur independently and on their own responsibility.
ONLINE AND OFFLINE FUNCTIONALITY
All video sequences can be used both online and offline after downloading. This ensures use in the swimming pool, a sports hall without WLAN or on the sports field.
