the need for follow-up assessment and risk of poor outcomes. The Emergency Department Screener has 6 risk levels indicating need for referral or assessment, where 1 is "Least
Urgent" and 6 is "Most Urgent".

To help prioritize referrals for focused assessment and services in the emergency department, community or inpatient unit. The results of the Emergency Department Screener are
