Description
Explore a fictional world, and interact with characters and objects the way we did before games were all about graphics. This text adventure supports the
ability to include graphics, but in a more book-like format, occasionally sprinkled throughout the text. Use commands like Look, Go, Take, Talk, Give, Open, and many more
to explore and interact with the story. Helpful suggestion buttons are provided so typing is often not necessary. There are currently 18 recognized syntaxes for playing
through the story, and an additional 49 syntaxes for writing new parts of the story.
That's right, when you come across part of the story where you think, "I really wish I could explore that more," but the author didn't provide any detail, you just "Go
East", for example, and instead of being blocked, you are prompted to describe what the new area looks like. The story just got a little more interesting.
When players add to the story, it's not just for their own enjoyment, either. If you want to share your additions and download the additions of other players, you can use
the Synchronize command to upload all your content and download others'. Of course, there are some controls to allow authors to limit how much other players can interfere
with their story. Any content added into your part of the story needs to be approved by you before it's visible to other players.
Shared content is stored in Amazon Web Services and accessed via credentials provided by your Google or Facebook account. But you don't need to be online to play the game.
The game is played mostly offline with cached content. You need only connect when synchronizing content.
