As for the third case in which it is not valid for him to witness the Predestination: it is negligence without taking into account the reasons. Because this is the saying of the

Let us take an example: if a man played the Atari all night, and he was in a permissible matter from ten o’clock until two o’clock at night, then he slept until the dawn prayer
was missed, and when he got up in the morning, his brother came to him and said: Where were you? Didn't we see you in Fajr prayer? Were you sick? He said: No, by God, I was
asleep, and this is an excuse for me. Because the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: (There is no negligence in sleep), and God Almighty has said: “God does
not burden a soul beyond its capacity” [Al-Baqarah: 286], and God Almighty said: {So fear God as long as you can, [Al-Baqarah: 286]] He said: And I worked hard to get up at
dawn, but I did not wake up, and my soul is in the hands of the Mighty King, who takes it wherever he wants and sends it where he wants, so we say to him: The people of belief
do not accept your words and they do not accept your protest against the Predestination. He said: Ali bin Abi Talib and Fatima, the daughter of the Prophet, may God bless him
and grant him peace, when the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, passed by them and said: Did you not rise at night praying? Ali said: Our souls are in the
hands of God. May God bless him and grant him peace as he struck his thigh and said: ((And man was the most contentious thing)).
